Travelers who will be increasingly easy vacation to Paris for Air France
next year will open a route from Jakarta to Paris. The airline will fly
from Jakarta officially began March 30, 2014.
The new flight
will take the route Jakarta and Paris - Charles de Gaulle Airport, with
stops in Singapore. The plan, the type of aircraft used is Air France
Boeing 777-300 with a capacity of 303 seats, including 8 in La Premiere
seats, 67 seats Business, 28 Premium Economy seats and 200 Economy
seats.
"Jakarta as the new Air France is the right decision in
our strategy of focusing on areas where the potential is very high in
Southeast Asia, "said Country Manager Air France KLM Indonesia, Duncan
Rutgers.
On these flights, Air France offers evening departure from Jakarta. Thus, passengers can take a rest during the trip.
The
new route will complement the schedule offered by KLM, which serves
departure to Jakarta every day from Amsterdam via Kuala Lumpur.
Customers from Indonesia, who will travel in Singapore will also have
the option to use Air France.
"Therefore, we are delighted to
offer our customers services direct flights from Jakarta via Singapore
to Paris. We believe that the Indonesian people, Paris is an attractive
destination, not only for tourists but also for business travelers,"
said Rutgers.
Start summer of 2014 Air France and KLM will serve
as many as 21 flights per week from Indonesia. 14 flights from Jakarta
and 7 flights from Denpasar, Bali.
